Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the device in its original TecSox box including all accessories, manuals, and the warranty card to ensure it is eligible for a full refund or replacement.

  Pickup & Resolution

  Our courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep, and once received at our warehouse, your refund or brand-new replacement will be processed immediately.
